Hi, I'm Margaret. I live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and am inspired by my beautiful surroundings.  You will often find me taking photos on and around the beaches to inspire my next artwork. I love travelling the world and meeting new friends all over the globe.

Many years ago, I was tutored by a Russian artist called Peter Panow who studied at the Imperial Academy of Fine Arts in St Petersburg, Russia. He taught me skills, many of which I use in my artwork today. I chose to paint mostly with oils because I love the texture and movement it brings to my paintings.

Over the years my paintings have been displayed in many exhibitions across Sydney and country New South Wales. I have also done a number of paintings by request so if you like my style and would like something more personal please contact me for a chat about your ideas.
